Remember when

Remember when he was a new baby to cuddle and love?
Remember when swaddling made him settle down and sleep?
Remember when he giggled and thought I was the best mommy ever?
Remember when 'they' said the two's were terrible?
I'm certain 'they' had not met Trenton.
I'm not sure three and a half is my favorite age.
I keep telling myself it will get better but Oh My!
I'm thankful he is independent and strong willed I just wish he would direct it at someone else.
Only 6 months until he turns 4 and 'they' say 4 is better.
We'll see...

Hanging with the Crowell's

Trenton and Mary climbing the Camel's Back hill.

Trenton, Hailey and Mary playing in a bush at the park.

I love that look!
At the Zoo!
We love rocks!

My mom told me I can't drive until I'm 31! Ha! I'll show her!
Hold on tight girls, Trenton's driving!
On the Carousel, Hi Daddy!
How's the giraffe, Sheila?

He's alive!

Dear Mr. Frog,
We're so happy you are still alive. Trenton was ecstatic when he found you in the yard today. You are such a brave little frog to stay in our yard. Didn't you know he would find you again? My advice to you...run Mr. Frog, jump Mr. Frog and stay out of our yard for you never know what might happen if you stay here. Go while you still have 3 working legs. I wish you the best.

CT Scan number 2

We returned to St. Lukes Hospital on Monday August 3, 2009 for Trenton's ultrasound of his thyroid. He did a great job and held still like a good little patient.
The unfortunate part of the trip...the last time we were at the hospital they referred to the growth as a on his thyroid as a nodule. This time they called it a tumor and it has doubled in size in four months. Probably means surgery but we'll know more next week.
He's so cute! (And yes, I know I am biased).
Erin went with us! Thanks, girl!
Too cute!
I'm trying to smile, Mom. Trenton had just gotten an IV in his right hand. He hates this part but was very brave. I am so proud of him!
There's a little smile.
Heading into the CT machine.
Now he's happy. All done and she is removing the IV! Not sure of the results yet but should know more soon. Trying to wait patiently.
